Welcome to the Bedgebury Foundation

The Foundation's objective is charitable grant making towards the education of young people (under 25) and adults who teach young people. Awards are available in Kent & Sussex.

Individuals such as school children,students, clergy, teaching staff, teaching assistants, young people who are unemployed those in jail.

Supporting applicants where the lack of funding is likely to be the main barrier to success. Grants will be awarded to those in the greatest financial, mental or physical need and are unlikely to be for mainstream education.

About the Foundation

Bedgebury Foundation arose after the closure of Bedgebury School in 2006.

The Foundation is run from our office in Cranbrook, Kent and is supported by a board of Trustees.
